Villa Pardi consists of 3 buildings: a 17th century lodge and two attached cottages.
The villa dates back to the end of the 18th century and it was initially a country house for summer holidays. It is situated in a superb position, which enables you to go hiking, given that the villa is near both the sea and the mountains. The villa is near the Abruzzo National Park. You can reach the Gran Sasso area in 30 minutes and the sea in 25 minutes.
The Trabocchi coast is only 45 km away. You can look up on the website the excursions available under “trips” to discover all the wonders of Abruzzo.
Events
The structure of the Villa lends itself to parties and events, in fact on the first floor there is a large living room with terraces, suitable for meetings and exhibitions.
The Villa is spread over three floors, the last is occupied by a beautiful terrace from which you can admire the sea and the slopes of the mountain of the Maiella National Park.

Rooms
The “tratturo”, the “sologna” are only some of our rooms for our guests. All the rooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning and have a beautiful view on the Abruzzo hills.
They are independent from the main building and surrounded by greenery of a secular garden. We have double and triple rooms or more spacious solutions like the suite or the apartments.
Kitchen
Our dream is to make you spend happy moments while you are at the table with your friends and family.
The cuisine is typical of Abruzzo with the best local products, the pasta is homemade by our cooks and all the dishes are those that were cooked by the family.
The wine we offer you is the result of a selection of the best products from our region.

Our staff can make available a number of services. We can help you in organising your day, helping you to book the excursions with specialised guides for any activity: trekking, e-bike, sailboat experience, mototour on and off road and many more.
